Thank you for agreeing to participate as a presenter at the upcoming ISCTM 2010 Autumn Conference. This page contains all the links you will need for submitting information to the ISCTM, as well as information we hope you will find helpful for your planning.

Please complete steps 1 - 3 by 30 June 2010.

STEP 1:  Complete the Online Confirmation and Agreement

STEP 2:  View the Presenter Bio Page
If your profile is not posted, or if you have changes, please Upload or Email Biographical Paragraph

STEP 3:  Register for the meeting
You may access the  fee-waived Speaker Registration path through the email announcement sent to you or through above link.  If using above link, please use the email where you receive ISCTM mail on the initial Identity Confirmation page. You will have the opportunity to book your housing during the registration process. Do not contact the hotel.

STEP 4:  By 30 July -Email the Outline of the proposed presentation.

STEP 5:  August/September Session chairs will hold telecons w/ presenters.

 22 September 2010     Presentation slides to Session Chair for final review
  1 October 2010        Presentation slides to ISCTM for Program Binder*

*Making your slides available in time for publication in the program binder is fundamental to producing the highest quality meeting experience, as meeting attendees consistently attest through their evaluations. Please provide as close to final version of presentation as possible.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS: Please make your own travel arrangements, keeping in mind the ISCTM reimbursement policy.   Link to this policy is found on the Online Confirmation and Agreement page (step 1).
